我做中国菜
我会做鸡扒。先买四块新鲜的鸡胸肉。洗干净,擦干,不要去皮。鸡扒用酱油,生粉,胡椒粉,日本的烧烤酱(要用蜂蜜和波罗风味的最好)一起酽二十分钟。先烧热平底锅,然后加两汤匙的油,油烧热了放鸡扒进去煎两分钟,然后小火慢慢再煎五分钟。再开大火把鸡扒翻过来煎另外一面。两分钟以后,放小火再煎五分钟,关火,好吃的鸡扒就做好了。这种鸡扒有点酸,又有点甜,又有点胡椒的辣。因为放了生粉,所以鸡扒很嫩,好吃极了。
